  • How far in advance do I need to book my order?

We recommend ordering at least 1 week in advance. However, if you need an urgent order email or send us a message on Instagram so we can assist you.

  • Do you make vegan or gluten-free products?

Currently, we don't offer vegan or gluten-free products. We do have macarons that are made in a gluten-friendly space however we cannot guarantee a complete elimination of gluten from our equipment and utensils. 

  • Do you deliver? Is pick-up available?

 Yes, we offer delivery options in some areas of the GTA. For more information, please reach out to us via email, Instagram, or the chat feature on our website. For pick-up, we are located on Lakeshore and Cawthra. 

  • Are your cakes halal?

Yes, our cakes are made 100% Halal ingredients. 

  • Do you have a cancellation policy?

All deposits for all orders are non-refundable.

  • How do I confirm my order?

In order to confirm your order, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount. Your order is only confirmed when we receive half the amount. We accept half the payment on Interac or full payment via our website. The rest of the payment must be made on the day of the order before delivery or pickup.

  • Do we have Allergy-free products?

Currently, we don't offer allergy-free products. Desserts prepared may contain the following ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, gluten, and other common allergens.

  • How do I transport my cake safely?

To transport your cake, hold the cake from the bottom with both hands. Keep it on a flat and cool surface. We recommend placing it on the passenger side in the footwell area. Never transport a cake on the seats or trunk of the car without support.  

  • Are there any inserts or decorations in the cake that need to be removed before eating?

Yes, some cakes may contain toothpick inserts or other non-edible decorations to support the structure or design. Please ensure you carefully remove these inserts before serving or eating the cake to avoid any inconvenience.
